1. Services
KB Equestrian provides tailored rehabilitation and care services for horses, including personalised routines, massage therapy, and specialised treatments. We accept a limited number of horses at a time to ensure high-quality care.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a deposit, as specified in the booking agreement. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the payment.

4. Health and Safety
Owners must provide up-to-date veterinary records and disclose any health or behavioral issues. KB Equestrian reserves the right to refuse or terminate care if a horse poses a risk to itself, other horses, or staff.

5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your horse, KB Equestrian cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during the care period, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with its operation. Unauthorised use of content or attempts to disrupt services are prohibited.

7. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
